Oak & Ink Publishing collects only the information needed to operate reader accounts, author submissions, ebook orders, newsletter subscriptions, and customer inquiries.

Information we collect

This may include your name, email address, phone number when provided, account details, inquiry messages, manuscript information, purchased-book records, and payment status. Payment card information is handled by our payment provider and is not stored by Oak & Ink.

How we use it

We use this information to provide accounts and downloads, process purchases, review manuscripts, respond to inquiries, operate the publishing workflow, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Storage and access

Account and publishing data is stored with Supabase. Only authorized publishing-house staff can access internal CRM records. Manuscripts and ebook files are stored privately and delivered through time-limited access links.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information and may unsubscribe from newsletters. Use the website contact form until the client confirms a dedicated privacy contact.
