These terms govern use of the Oak & Ink website, reader accounts, author portal, ebook store, and publishing-submission services.

Reader accounts and ebooks

Accounts are personal and must be protected with accurate credentials. Purchased ebooks are licensed for the buyer’s personal use and may not be redistributed, resold, or uploaded elsewhere.

Author submissions

Authors retain ownership of submitted work. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or create a publishing agreement. Any publication terms will be documented separately in a signed contract.

Payments and availability

Prices and availability may change before checkout. Refunds and failed payments are handled according to the purchase record and applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized CRM access, interfere with the service, scrape private content, or bypass ebook and manuscript access controls.
